By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions for your purchase from TGSI Pty Ltd of Building and Safety Materials and related products sold through this website, or via phone based orders.

Prices and Taxes:

Pricing is based on Australian dollar (AUD) currency, charges are based on Australian dollar amount. GST (goods and services tax, 10%) is applicable to Australian customers only (Note: tactile ground surface indicators are GST exempt items), international customers are not subject to GST. All prices do not include GST cost or charges for shipping costs, separate charges will be shown on the checkout area/ order acknowledgment for each applicable order.

payments:

For online orders via our online store, we accept payments via the following methods: credit card payments, PayPal account via PayPal website, credit card payments via PayPal website, or via online purchase order (we issue an invoice with EFT banking details, or payment can be made via posting a cheque). Cheque payments should be posted to: TGSI Pty Ltd, PO Box 674, Salisbury South DC, South Australia, 5106. Cheque payment are subject to postal and bank clearance delays.

Product Availability:

All items listed via our online are held in stock ready for dispatch (providing accounting is up to date). In the unlikely event, product quantities are not readily available to fullfill an order, the customer will be informed, and be entitled to a refund (if charges have been made to customers credit card) on cost of materials that are not readily available, if applicable.

Refunds/ Returns Policy:

Goods returned will only be accepted under the following conditions: 1. All requests for returns must be submitted in writing/ email within three days after delivery date of goods. 2. A return authorisation must be obtained by TGSI Pty Ltd, prior to goods being accepted for return. 3. Returned goods must be returned in original packaging, goods must not have been used, and must not be damaged. 4. Returned goods must be shipped and properly insured. TGSI Pty Ltd is not responsible for damages during transit. 5. Freight costs for returned items, including freight for exchanged items are payable by the purchaser. 6. In the case items are accepted for return, the value of the item, minus 15% of the initial sale value, may be used as credit toward purchase of an exchange item. Cash/ monetary refunds are not provided for.

Shipping Policy:

The following applies to our shipping policy: 1. Express Post orders to Australian destinations are typically delivered to the customers location, the next day or 2 days after the order date. 2. Transit times for Australia post standard post satchels, and Road Courier freight orders vary depending on customer location, but typically should be received within 1-7 days of placing an order. Note: materials are generally dispatched from South Australia. 4. Transit times for international orders via Express Air Freight is typically within 4-10 days 5. TGSI Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or delay on delivery of any goods or services arising from any circumstances of nature that is outside the control of TGSI Pty Ltd. 6. Goods are generally dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving the order, with express freight orders given higher priorty. TGSI Pty Ltd endeavours to process and dispatch orders with quick efficiency, but does not provide guarantees on dispatch or delivery dates. In the unlikely event of a delay for some reason (more than 2-3 days between recieving the order and date of dispatch), the customer will typically be notified, and provided with dispatch date information. 6. In the rare occurance materials/ packaging has sustained damage during transit, goods must be inspected in the presence of the courier/ delivery driver at point of delivery, if the goods have been damaged and are not in accepatble condition, consult with the delivery driver to create a report providing evidence that materials arrived in a damaged state. Images/ photos should also be captured of damaged items at point of delivery. An evidence report and images may be required if we are able to provide a replacement on goods damaged during transit.

Privacy Policy:

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorise us to do so.

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
