Proven quality non slip tapes: Bonded aluminium oxide/ silicone carbide grain material, Polymer or aluminium base material. Anti slip tapes products in the range have excellent wear/ service life durability, water resistance, UV resistance, color stability, and adhesive strength/ durability. Offered in a range of colors and sizes. LRV test reports available on request.
ALUMINIUM OXIDE/ SILICONe CARBIDE ANTI SLIP TAPE:
Material: Bonded aluminium oxide/ silicone carbide grain material. Strong bonding and high durability pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Polymer base material.
Backing: Siliconised release liner.

Application: Work place/ public place slip prevention. Australian standard compliant luminance constrast strip for steps, boats/ marine facilities, factories/ industrial safety, building decor/ artistic purpose, Indoor and outdoor use.
Common uses: Grip for Steps, walk ways, ramps, industrial equipment, platforms, slippery tiles and surfaces, constrating strip for steps.
Initial application: Apply to clean, dust free and dry surface. Recommend clean surface with acetone prior to application.

Material: Bonded aluminium oxide / silicone carbide grain material grade. Conformable aluminium base material, self adhesive pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.

NON SLIP TAPE APPLICATION GUIDE:
Substrate preparation is important to ensure maximum service life of non slip tape applications:
General preparation incudes:
1.) Ensure surface is relatively smooth. If required, smooth excessively rough surfaces with abrasive cup wheel or via use of epoxy based filler/ sealer.
2.) Ensure surface is thoroughly clean. Removal of dirt, grime, mould, oil, gum, dust etc. Depending on substrate type this can be be acheived by wiping area with a clean rag and acetone etc. Or by combination of mechanical abrasion, and the above.
3.) Ensure surface is thoroughly dry after completing cleaning process.
4.) Proceed with application of non slip tape to dry substrate.
5.) Apply firm downward pressure over entire area of anti slip tape.
6.) Application is complete and ready for service.
Note: For checker plate flooring, use aluminium based conformable anti-slip tape.
